(în perioada 1 martie - 30 septembrie 2020 curatorul acestei rubrici este Mircea Albuţiu) Aleksander Kutsepalov, born 1982 in the North of Russia, now based near Novosi-birsk.
He graduated from the Altai state University of arts and culture, Department of Artistic creativity. He started photography in 2016.
Alexander considers photography as an art and a way of self-expression to realise his inner vision through creativity.
