So, brace yourself, with dis money we'll buy clothes from Turkish people so that we make our first million dollars, after dat we repeat the scheme till we've made enough fo' a flat in a block buildin', and then we make another one, two, twelve, we rent them, or we open a boutique at first try downtown, we make our way up, coz we'll be rich and have houses downtown, we'll go into politics, as drivers at first, den millioneres, coz we are nice fellas, you saw how successful we('ve) been at the disco. Dang it, the cops, told ya to break the pay box only, but you had to drink the lil' rye too.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In January 2021, the group has 3.000 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
