You savage, you passionate, you barbaric bar maker, you've came from Plato's cave, you like to say, you're pretending to be a smart brute. In the mornings, the women in the bus station 69 read your body because of how many letters you have tattooed on your body. My God, how many stories are unravelling on your hairy skin. The poor ladies are head over heals for you, their eyes are feasting you, nowadays people like you are playing Mirror, mirror on the wall. As I say: "Oh God, what's happening in this world?"
You stormy, you illiterate, you fierce boy, come here and let me kiss you.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In January 2021, the group has 3.000 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
