The closet is so big that, from where I'm looking, it seems to cover the door. I start researching what's in the room just so I don't have to look at the door: 3 green towels, 10 white towels, 5 cakes. I'm not looking at the door. 1 brown men's suit, 1 blue tie, 1 blanket. I'm not looking at the door. 1 scissors, 1 box of pins, 1 bag of candles. I'm not looking at the door. I haven't looked at the door since I arrived from the airport. If I look, I have to open it. And if I open it, I will see my father, all dressed up and beautiful, as he waits for me on the table.
