My rebellious year. I remember that I had spent a dull New Year's Eve, on the 3
rd or the 4
th the exam dates were displayed, especially the first one, on 31
st. I went, I gave the white sheet. On the 32
nd I crushed my family, I told them I was giving up, I want something new. On January 91
st, I tricked them that I intended to think about it. On January 181
st, I also missed the overdue session. On January 270
th, when I missed the fall session, I saw that my father was completely white. I think that made me accept to repeat the year on January 280
th and return to school.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In January 2021, the group has 3.000 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days.
