The scatterbow is a wonder of technology. It consists of half of a pendulum clock which shows half the time, the one above, installed on an underframe with side wheels. There is a giant cotton candy mounted on its second hand, which caress the sky from left to right and is supplied with the yellow from the motojar with quince jelly, with the pink from the rose sherbet, with the red from the strawberry jam, and so on, so that, with each minute passed, the scatterbow scatters sweet rainbows across the sky.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In April 2021, the group has 5.600 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
