When I saw the end of the bridge it was already too late. Oh well, I was also drunk. Not only had I miraculously survived, but I also discovered I could teleport. I'm somewhere above, from where I can see my car and some guys with flashing beacons gathering around. It's interesting, because I thought all these happened a few years ago and I became paralyzed afterwards. So furthermore, I can also time travel. I should try to go back to being a human though. These wings are not handy at all when I need to scratch an itch.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In May 2021, the group has 6.400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
