I was never interested in moving to the other side. I had lost hope and faith in that love. I was glad I met you. That time with you passed quickly. That our lives were changing, things were coming easy, they were happening on their own, we were evolving together. That we could no longer sleep away from each other. That we were arguing badly and then laughing at each other because how we behaved when mad. That we supported each other and gave each other wings. Today I crossed the bridge, which turned into a ring with a branch, a cherry blossom and a question. Yes.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In May 2021, the group has 6.400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
