I have so many unworn clothes just because they have a small flaw, a fallen but not lost button, collected religiously along with his friends in the labeled box, a broken zipper, a ripped rubber band. I'm not even talking about socks with holes in them because it makes me dizzy. So, motive, I have. Money, we can get it. Time, we put it on the list. Patience and talent? No, not really, but guess who saw a youtube tutorial last night and decided it's actually really easy. I only have to order online the sewing machine and that cool foldable closet and that's it, I'm on it.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In August 2021, the group has 7.000 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
