I admit that my parents didn't approve at first. They would have wanted me to become a doctor or something important, anyway. But they calmed down a little when they found out that all I had to do was log into the computer once a day and leave a like. For every like, I get one dollar. I've recruited them, too, then news spread throughout the entire tribe. Every day, we log in and we each leave a like to the posts of this one Florin Cîțu, somewhere in Europe. We don't speak the language, but we've seen many who wish him Luck in ours on his page.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In November 2021, the group has 7.500 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
