Hunny, stop fishing for info! Yes, I'm going to the gym. Yes. I have a personal trainer. No, he doesn't look better than you. I sometimes go during the night because it isn't so crowded. Look at this bicep, look at this tricep. Your girl has a toned abdomen. The calluses on my palms? They are from the weights, baby. This waist is maintained with physical effort. No, I'm not getting first in the shower. What smell of incense? No, baby, that's how my skin smells after cardio. Well, me and the treadmill are best friends. The sand in my sneakers? I exercised at the jumping pit.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In November 2021, the group has 7.500 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
