When she found out my boyfriend's heart beat slower than most, she moved in the basement. Or perhaps she'd always been there, waiting for him with a scythe hanging on a rusty nail. But I want her to give me a little more time with him. We have a few more sunrises to watch together, coffees to enjoy in the garden, countries to visit, we have to tread silently through the birch trees, to make love until we drop. Last night, she knocked on the door three times. I opened it. When I saw how sexy she was, I killed Vasile myself.

(In August 2022, the group has 9,000 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days.
