Oh, I really do like jazz, but no, I'm not playing the ukulele yet. Stop pouring me wine because I can't decide if I should love something other than yachts and dollars, but to be fair, I shouldn't have said that because I'm a romantic girl. Baby, what I want you to remember is that I can't be yours, because I have a huge obstacle in the front of myself, but that would also be inappropriate to show you. How? You don't get what I'm saying, you're not a billionaire, you're only praising your leek? Oh well, I' m no Marilyn either, I'm Marin. There, I said it. Nobody's perfect after all.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In October 2022, the group has 9,400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
