I cannot believe it. They are all there. Why is he more expensive than Downey Jr.? It would normally be the other way around, wouldn't it? I put on my helmet and press start. I'm in the back seat of a limousine. There is traffic but the cars move aside as if I were the rescue. Only then do I see his hand. It looks like he is spliting the cars. Like Moses. In eight minutes I was at the People's House. He thanks the driver. You're welcome, Mr. President. President? Above the entrance a logo clears up the mystery. CFR? Aah. House of True Fictions.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In October 2022, the group has 9,400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
