My imaginary lover had no voice, no face, no eyes, no ears, no hands, no feelings, none of the things we all assumed he should have. He simply lacked everything but words. My imaginary lover had words. So I fell in love with his punctuation, capitalization, dialogue, syllables, commas and hyphens. Until one day, two warm and welcoming hands took me in, and finally, no words were needed.

(In March 2023, the group has 10,790 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days.
