My name is Tudorel Pescărescu-Știucă and I am an amateur fisherman. Born in the Delta, I spent my childhood at miles 22, 23, 24 and 25. Around mile 25 the beach on which our house was built sank and we built a house on the shore. It turned out to be an inspired choice, as we no longer had to go fishing every day, floods would come and bring the fish straight to our house. However, if we didn't move quickly, when the waters receded, the fish would leave too. That's when I got the idea to build my house under water.

(In March 2023, the group has 10,790 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days.
