We were holding hands leaning against the railing of the bridge. There was fog. Twilight evenings, driving home in a beige rental car. The was still fog. The cat I rescued from the grocery store only to die of the flu two nights later. And there was still fog. The smile, the hugs, the oath that I couldn't leave town without. Fog. Flower petals, books, socks thrown on the floor. Fog. Two trams going in opposite directions and our faces pressed against the window. Fog. When I ask you will tell me: Forgive me, do we know each other?

(In May 2023, the group has 11,260 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, Luchian Abel, and Vlad Mușat. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
