The night had casually thrown its starry mantle over the small town, and silence was taking over, street after street, battling against the daytime noises. Insomnia was creeping up on him yet again. He knew well that there was no point in resisting it, so he took his tools and went outside. He climbed up the hill and sat down on the cold ground, watching as the lights from the houses' windows extinguished one by one. Quickly, darkness was ruling over all of Saint-Rémy-de Provence.

(In June 2023, the group has 11,430 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days.
