Bro, you know what'd be cool? If you'd live just about to your forties, so you'd to see what's up with life and what not, to toughen up and gain wisdom. Bump into the bad, 'cause a lot goes down, but also get a taste of the good. Then the big man upstairs would come to you, and pow! he'd clock you on the back of your head and bang, he'd turn you back to your twenties and keep you there bro, with a rocking body but with all the wisdom of your forties.
It'd be way cooler, bro, if you'd pass that joint over, or else you'll catch a whoosh! with your face and then bam! a kick in the ass.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In February 2021, the group has 4.300 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
