Me? I'm into modeling. Ha! You seem surprised. Not fashion modeling. I make models of things. I started with trains, planes, houses and now I have whole town, complete with grass and trees - I named it Happyville. It's up in the attic, I'll show it to you later, my mom is watching TV upstairs now. Oh, I'm also an amateur taxidermist. I populated the whole town with birds and squirrels that I caught myself. But enough about me. Tell me something about yourself. Oh, that's right, the gag. I'll take it off, but don't scream. I hate it.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In March 2021, the group has 4.500 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
