He and she. Other than the woman at home. Disaster. This word couldn't be found on the blades dangerously arranged in the front of the cuckolded. Happiness, love and understanding was written on them. That's how she thought she was living, in the perfect harmony. It wasn't meant to be. One second and she lost her mind. One and that was it. She took the knife and when she remembered that the fucking bitch was only 18 years old. A number, a moment of madness. When the paramedics arrived, they found her with the happiness in her throat. He had the love in his stomach.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In May 2021, the group has 6.400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
