Love does not pass through the stomach's juices, no matter how many times we would repeat that some mushroom white sauce with polenta can stuff a starving soul. Love also does not pass through the heart's arteries, because we are not named cardiacs but earthlings. Love also does not pass through the paths of the mind either, cause schizophrenia isn't just some cold. Love doesn't pass through anything. Love doesn't pass. The passion passes. The faithfulness passes. The curiosity passes. The respect passes. The novelty passes. The affection passes. Love does not pass. Love accompanies us.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In May 2021, the group has 6.400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
