In writing is OK. Or maybe I should wait longer, to talk. You would understand me better if we faced each other. Why you do not love me anymore. I did something to you. I somehow disappointed you. If so, why you didn't draw attention to this. You don't know I would do anything for you. You really need me to prove something to you. You know how long I've been waiting for this moment. You want to be my wife. Yes. Maybe you don't know me well enough. You want me to tell you the one thing you didn't know about me. I have a question mark phobia.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In May 2021, the group has 6.400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
