Greuceana could carry two boxes of water at once from the supermarket. She could replace her sink's faucet all by herself and on multiple occasions made some ogres flee for trying to steal from her purse. Sânzian was the youngest of the brothers, and The Red Emperor promised him in marriage to whoever could pay the apartment rent for 30 years. Despite all of this, the father was unyielding until Greuceana proved herself capable by repairing the electrical outlets, unclogging the pipes and plastering the walls in case of a flood.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In May 2021, the group has 6.400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
