At the first Long lasting marriage she passed out. A long time ago, a vigorous man wanted to win her heroically. He saw a quiet boulder on the beach, grabbed it and threw it at her, like it was a dove. In theory, the rock would trace a rainbow arch above her and take the sea by surprise. In practice, the hero was bony and he miscalculated. The asteroid was heavy, the distance short. The rainbow arch turned into a cannonball trajectory. Bang! No, it didn't hit her. It touched her locks and fell one mm away from her leg. She passed out. They've been together for 30 years.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In May 2021, the group has 6.400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
