We're back now. We had got in the wrong place, a glacier which afterwards melted and set us free. Everyone is OK - we are like a few billion and the network seem to work properly. The collective consciousness is active and the society returned to its perfect version. The only thing we're still missing is an organic interface. We plan to use as hosts the first people that will come to examine the strange items that appeared out of the blue. Then, we shall spread. People have become more stupid, more aggressive and more primitive. So much wasted energy! It would be a shame not to use it for something greater.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In June 2021, the group has 6.650 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
