Listen to me, it is a very serious threat. I have a plane and a pilot that won't irrigate the corn today. Being convinced by the bomb in my arms. It will be a nuclear fission, and the family of my ex-boyfriend will be in the epicenter. I'm not crazy, I'm just rejected and replaced by a new one, and even this one has a successor. I'm calm and after a year of documentation, the bomb made by me will explode right now. And over the small town it started to rain with hundreds of photos of some secret naked meeting.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In August 2021, the group has 7.000 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
