We went down the marble stairs silently. It was 9 o'clock in the morning. He walked fast. The office schedule was starting at 10 o'clock. Will you have a coffee with your ex-husband? Sure. We went across the court I and I bought her a Tchibo coffee. Don't forget to disconnect the Digi. I won't. And let's talk about the plants. I'll go water them on Wednesday. Is it OK? We'll se. She received a message. I'm going to leave. We'll keep in touch. What should we do, do we kiss now? Yes, why not? She got up and went out the door. She was more beautiful than she was in any other day in the last seven years.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In October 2021, the group has 7.275 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
