I went to the doctor today. Without any Envelope. It hurt a little. Of course I didn't solve anything. The only chic thing was the wait. The nurses in slippers were very nice. The trainees wore hyaluron in their lips. Waddling in twitches. I felt like a dwarf. Compared to those with an Envelope. A hearse came. Who took a grandfather. Of course, at a cost in the envelope. The child watching was small. The event was chaotic. The universe was infinite. God did not speak an ex Envelope. I didn't know what to say to him. I put a tear on his little forehead.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In October 2021, the group has 7.275 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
