I have everything in it: XXL hammock, chocolate fountain, dolphin aquarium, pizza oven, bed with non-bubbly water mattress, ice cream machine, bowling, jacuzzi, bookcase, wine bar, disco, Bansky ceiling. But since I hit my head, I've forgotten what false wall in the house I open it with. I tapped the walls with my finger, they didn't sound empty. I drilled holes with the drill press, in vain. I got a little bitter, I started to bulldoze. Zero. Today I blew up the house. Strange, the room is nowhere. I was left with the embarrassment of a tenant, no secret.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In October 2021, the group has 7.275 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
