Si quiero unleashed passion, I get out of bed at the break of dawn and freshen up a bit. Well, a bit more. I finish all brushing, scrubbing, microdermabrasion, moisturizing and cosmetic operations with flying colours and a laurel wreath on my head before he opens his cute eyes in the morning. When F1 is on TV, I make sure to turn Facebook into my Bible, not to spoil his sacred relationship with His Highness Verstappen. I tidy up so that I can easily find his things when he needs them, not after a month of digging in archeological sites. My sweet, bashful Dulcineea, they have asked for three rules, not for housewives Desiderata.
Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In November 2021, the group has 7.500 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
