I have reached the apartment of the lawyer involved in my case. The front door was ajar. That smelled of no good. I kicked the door and opened it wide and immediately rolled down the hall. I already had the gun in my hand ready to shoot. But nobody attacked me. I got up from the bottom, with some difficulties, I'm no longer fit, and I went into the lawyer's office. He expected me, except that he was rather cold. I think it's because of the red hole in his forehead. My case is getting complicated, I really had no wires.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In January 2022, the group has 7.830 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
