I was waiting for a long time from you a gesture and you took out the sheet on the sly. Only ten minutes or even less had passed, I had entered Cora to buy some wine and peanuts, because I know you like them. Once I get under balcony, I do not know what to do. I even aroused my "soldier", but I can see, Julie dear, that you are not waiting for us. There on the string, I can see only panties. C'mmon, tell me love, why can't you hold it in anymore? Don't tell me that Paris who has been promised to you, entered the house and kidnapped you. If that's the case, I am not surprised at all, Shekspeer kills you both in his play.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In February 2022, the group has 7,950 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes every few days. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
