How do you see Shakespearean love in two thousand and two? Iuliana, I don't know how to answer you. This is a difficult and vast question. I'm not good at that kind of question. If you ask me if I can call you from downstairs and then you to go out on the balcony, that's something I can do. But being in two thousand and two, I'll still send you a message to get out. I smile contentedly and I let him know this from the emoticon I send him. I really like him. We will not end tragically. Maybe just me if his wife reads the conversation.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In February 2022, the group has 7,950 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
