Of course, I am. What, you did not understand? I speak seven languages, none fluently, but this is the idea. Stupid as night, I am driving a wheelbarrow proudly a secret service auto. They took me five hundred dollars, scumbags, just to change its rack. To the wheelbarrow, of the corset. They changed the oil for my partner for only fifty dollars. What am I spying on? Eh, if, a bio cornfield, one to which the popcorn is growing right on the corncob. However, I am encountering difficulty when I want to say in English that I am breeding maize, you know?

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In August 2022, the group has 9,000 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
