Don't lie, I saw you with her in the garden. I saw everything, you bastards: how you uncovered the leaves from her tits, how you sensually bit her apple, then every inch of her ass, how you sinned with a smile on your lips in the groves, how she played with the snake. Did you think only the one above sees you? Look, the one from above saw you too. Yes, I was hidden in the tree, you arse. What's an arse? I don't know, it hasn't been invented yet, but it's not good. It was all over between us before it started. By the way: Adam and Geta sound like shit.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In August 2022, the group has 9,000 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
