She was so foxy. She had small boobs, but her ass made up for it two times. Her name was Eureka and although she didn't smoke, she always took a drag every time I lit up a cigarette. She was that type of woman that you could have, but only when she wanted to. Did some other guy have her? I don't know. Did she care about me? Maybe. Did I love her? Hell no, but she obsessed me. I always thought about the things she can do. Now I'm married and my wife shouts "Eureka" every time she gets something right. Memories of myself shouting the same word, but in a different context, pave my way towards hell.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In October 2022, the group has 9,400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
