I do not know how to say no even though I already said it twice in the first sentence. Baby can I buy that blouse because I have a feeling I'm gonna love you more? Yeah. Baby, what about that ring because it makes me look skinny? Yeah. Baby, I saw a cool dress for our weekends in Herăstrău. May I? Yeah. Look at these cute shoes, wouldn't they make my feet look like a goddess? Yeah. But, she doesn't even finish her question and I say yes directly. I know what I'll do from now on. I'll say yes, but the other way around. Come on, really. I swear to God. Add to cart.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In October 2022, the group has 9,400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
