I intend to be born today, early in the morning. I was thinking of getting my paperwork done by 9 a.m., graduating from lower secondary school, upper secondary school, and from two faculties by noon, and then earning my PhDs honestly by 2 p.m., or let's say 2:30 p.m. That's \'cause I want to go out with a girl to have lunch, sex after lunch, and then take the tram back to the maternity hospital to ask when they are going to discharge my mother, who I believe will be worried about me having left the neonatal unit. Then I want to write a post on the group on whatever strange topic will cross the admin's mind.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In November 2022, the group has 9,580 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
