We didn't realize it at first, but then, after lunchbreak, all the colleagues experienced an unprecedented joy in our office. They were smiling through their clients, they sincerely complimented each other, offered the most appropriate advice. We even laughed in the evening. It's the first time someone forgets a bag here and we don't want to give it back.
