And passes again and again. It never stops. You can't ever say that your stomach is full of love. And you wouldn't even want to, you would get sick. After it passes, there is an empty hole in your stomach. The symbol of love should be, without a doubt, in the shape of a stomach. A half-full, half-empty stomach. Or vice versa. Maybe a skeptical stomach, for the agnostics. And I shouldn't be sent with a naked butt, with the bow and arrows on my back, to spread love, when my stomach is as empty as everyone else's.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In May 2021, the group has 6.400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
