I drink. Even as I'm writing this, I'm not sober, I have no clue what's gonna' come of it. Hey text, 500 characters is public masturbation. I have only one and it's enough. Me, when I slam my fist on my desk, everyone respects me. If my wife hears a single word, she hides in the closet out of fear. I'm a mixogynist, sometimes I go for gin mixed with tonic water and lemons. Not often though. When I say a word, that's it. Hold on, let me finish vacuuming before my food gets burned, or else she'll beat me again. But what a virile gaze I have.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In May 2021, the group has 6.400 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, setting their texts within the limit of 500 symbols (in Romanian language, so in English the limit might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise with an almost daily changed topic. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
