Geta was, as the name suggests, a woman of Dacian origin. In the morning she went to the cabbages to get cabbage. On the way, she thought in if. If I have wood for the fire, if I milked the cow, if I wash the children or make others. On the way, the Romans Marcus BicisnicusGrasus and Maximus Incoitus whistled her, influenced by the whims of Venus. Yankees go home, shouted Geta, with a pronounced Dacian accent. The two knew they would be friends for life, until Geta fell in love with the whistling of one of them and gave in, venerably speaking.

Real Fiction is a collective project started in 2013 by Florin Piersic Jr. The concept of Real Fiction continued to exist as a Facebook group, after a volume of stories was published at Humanitas Publishing House. (In August 2022, the group has 9,000 members.) The authors write ultra-short stories, with the texts limited to 500 characters (in Romanian, so the length of the English translation might be a little different) - a flash-fiction exercise on a topic that changes almost daily. The group's coordinators are Florin Piersic Jr., Gabriel Molnar, Răzvan Penescu, and Luchian Abel. (Drawing by Adrian T. Roman)
